About our park
Thank you for your interest in our active lifestyle park of 780 homes on 121 landscaped acres. The development is a co-operative ownership adult community for 55 years and older in a gated community. There is a resident elect board of directors, a full-time, on-site management staff, gated entry, and privacy wall. The common areas inside and outside the park are meticulously maintained by the parks maintenance and grounds staff. |
Current homes for Sale and Rentals
Resale prices include ownership in the park. Older, lower priced homes are often pulled out and replaced with a new home.
