About our park

Thank you for your interest in our active lifestyle park of 780 homes on 121 landscaped acres. The development is a co-operative ownership adult community for 55 years and older in a gated community. There is a resident elect board of directors, a full-time, on-site management staff, gated entry, and privacy wall.

The common areas inside and outside the park are meticulously maintained by the parks maintenance and grounds staff.

Golf Lakes is a Co-Operative

The residents own the whole park, giving them control over everything through their elected Board of Directors. There are 780 homes on 121 lovely acres. The land beneath your home is yours by virtue of a 99 year renewable proprietary lease. Membership in the Co-Operative is prefaced with a credit/background application process.

Current homes for Sale and Rentals

Resale prices include ownership in the park. Older, lower priced homes are often pulled out and replaced with a new home.
